- Digital previews, mockups, and sample images are for representation purposes only.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all design proofs (if provided) prior to production. Once production has begun, changes cannot be made.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices listed on the website are in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.
Payment must be received in full before production begins. By submitting payment, you authorize The Vinyl Image, Inc. to charge the provided payment method for the total amount of your order.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. The Vinyl Image, Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for lost or misdirected shipments due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
5. No Refund Policy
All sales are final.
Due to the custom nature of our products, The Vinyl Image, Inc. maintains a strict no refunds policy except in cases where a product arrives damaged.
If your product arrives damaged:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- You must provide clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging.
- We will review the claim and, at our discretion, offer a replacement of the same item.
We do not offer refunds or replacements for:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect information submitted by the customer
- Design approval errors
- Minor variations consistent with custom production
6. Artist Rendition & Silhouette Image Disclaimer
The Vinyl Image, Inc. creates custom silhouette and artistic rendition designs based on images provided or referenced by customers.
Important Notice:
- Our silhouette images are artistic interpretations and are not exact replicas.
- We do not claim ownership of any original photographs, logos, trademarks, likenesses, or copyrighted materials used as reference.
- We do not claim to own the rights to any third-party image, character, logo, or likeness incorporated into a design at a customer’s request.
- Customers are solely responsible for ensuring they have the legal right or authorization to use any image, likeness, logo, or intellectual property submitted to us.
By submitting an image, you represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights, permissions, or licenses to use that image and to authorize The Vinyl Image, Inc. to create an artistic rendition based upon it.
The Vinyl Image, Inc. assumes no liability for copyright, trademark, or likeness infringement resulting from materials provided by customers or found on internet for public use.
7. Center Sticker Disclaimer
Any center stickers displayed in product photos, mockups, advertisements, or samples are for demonstration purposes only.
Center stickers:
- Are not for sale.
- Are not included with product purchases unless explicitly stated.
- May depict branded or copyrighted materials solely for illustrative display.
We do not sell, distribute, or claim ownership of any third-party center sticker designs shown for demonstration purposes.
